The LCD is a comprehensive, research-driven tool that evaluates the current state of leadership accountability and community within your organization.

Leadership accountability

Measures how leaders demonstrate responsibility, align with organizational priorities, and hold themselves and others accountable for results. 

Leadership community

Assesses the strength of collaboration, unity, and shared purpose among leaders, fostering a positive culture that drives success.

How it works

Survey administration

Leaders at various levels of your organization are invited to participate in a 20-question survey covering key aspects of accountability and community. The survey is customized to reflect your organizational culture and priorities. 

Data collection & analysis

Responses are collected, anonymized, and analyzed to identify trends, gaps, and strengths in your leadership culture. 

Comprehensive reporting

A detailed report is generated, including key findings, visual insights (e.g., bar charts, radar charts), and benchmarking against industry standards. This report helps you see exactly where your leadership culture stands and what needs attention. 

Action planning

We present the findings to your leadership team and provide customized recommendations for action. We help you prioritize changes and support your efforts to improve leadership practices.
