Hege is the CHRO at PTC Therapeutics Inc., a science-led, Nasdaq-listed global biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing clinically differentiated medicines that benefit patients with rare disorders.
With a background as an entrepreneur and business leader, Hege has unique experience leading and providing advice on critical HR and cultural-related topics. Her combination of business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to recognize and develop competencies leads to better performance and more fulfilling careers.
In her earlier role as General Manager, Hege was on the board of the Pharma Association and was the first woman to lead the Norwegian Medical Device Association. Hege’s areas of expertise include HR Transformation, HR Strategic Alignment, HR Business Partner, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Executive Compensation, Executive Succession and Transition.
